Ingredients:

  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Thaw Ravioli: Place frozen ravioli on a plate at room temperature for 10 minutes to slightly thaw.
  2. Prep Egg Wash: In a bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
  3. Mix Breading: Combine panko, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Parmesan, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Coat Ravioli: Dip each ravioli first in the egg wash, then in the panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange Ravioli: Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray. Place ravioli in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Cook Ravioli: Spray the top of the ravioli with non-stick spray. Air fry for 3-4 minutes, flip, and fry for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve: Enjoy the ravioli hot with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping.
